The Annual HOA Financial Meeting was held Nov 12 at the Cobblestone Inn in Charlestown. The minutes will be distributed in the next mailing to the membership.

Highlights:

  1. The Bylaw change to permit RV’s to be parked parallel or perpendicular to the street was voted on, and passed. This revision to the bylaws is going through legal processing and recording at the county clerk office, then will be posted on the web site.
  2. A vote was taken at the meeting to modify or remove the speed bumps from Stoneview Drive. Removing the speedbumps was the decision of the majority, and the speedbumps were removed shortly after the meeting.
  3. Discussion was held on paving the roads, which will be a significant expense. Proposals and options will be presented at the June 2023 meeting for membership decisions as to a path forward.
  4. Many of the 17 electric platforms need repair. Repairs for two of the worst condition towers will be implemented as soon as possible.
  5. The proposed budget was included in the meeting mailing and was approved by the meeting attendees.
